Donald Araldi is senior vice president and chief sales and marketing officer of Wilton Re. Prior to joining Wilton Re, Mr. Araldi served as director of North America sales for information Builders, Inc. Prior to IBI, Mr. Araldi has a very successful track record with start-up companies in a variety of industries. He holds a B.Sc. in Commerce-Marketing from Santa Clara University.

Chris C. Stroup is Chairman and CEO of Wilton Re and Senior Advisor of Stone Point Capital. Previously, Mr. Stroup was with Swiss Re Life & Health America Inc. ("Swiss Re") where he held the position of chief executive officer. Prior to joining Swiss Re, Mr. Stroup was a partner at Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Stroup holds a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Perry H. Braun is senior vice president, chief investment officer, and head of Run Off Solutions of Wilton Re. Prior to joining Wilton Re, Mr. Braun spent 17 years as an investment banker focused on the insurance industry, most recently as a managing director in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group at Banc of America Securities. Prior to joining Banc of America Securities, Mr. Braun held positions at Credit Suisse First Boston, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Braun holds a B.A. in history from Yale University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Michael E. Fleitz is senior vice president and chief financial officer of Wilton Re. Prior to joining Wilton Re, Mr. Fleitz was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. While at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Fleitz spent 22 years focused on the insurance industry. His experience includes financial reporting, public offerings, internal controls, securitizations, and risk management. Mr. Fleitz holds a B.S.B.A. from Miami University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mark R. Sarlitto is senior vice president and general counsel of Wilton Re. Previously, Mr. Sarlitto was executive vice president and general counsel at Swiss Re’s global Life & Health business group. Prior to Swiss Re, Mr. Sarlitto served as senior vice president and general counsel of Zurich Reinsurance Centre, a property/casualty reinsurer, and attorney at Wilkie Farr & Gallagher. He holds a B.A. and M.B.A from State University of New York at Buffalo and J.D. from Columbia University.

Enrico J. Treglia is senior vice president and chief operating officer of Wilton Re. He joined the firm from Swiss Re where he was the senior vice president of information management and global business lead and program manager for a global Swiss Re Life & Health initiative. Prior to joining Swiss Re, Mr. Treglia was a corporate insurance analyst for GE Capital and senior manager with Ernst & Young. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from St. John’s University and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and Connecticut.

Andrew J. Wood is senior vice president and chief information officer of Wilton Re. He joined the firm from Swiss Re Life & Health where he was North American chief technology officer. Mr. Wood held several positions with Swiss Re including global research and development manager. Prior to joining Swiss Re, Mr. Wood was with Mercantile & General Reinsurance in England. Mr. Wood received a B.Sc. in computing from North Gloucestershire College of Technology, England.

Michael L. Greer is a senior vice president and Chief Pricing Officer of Wilton Re Services. Prior to joining Wilton Re, Mr. Greer served as an executive vice president for Swiss Re's Administrative Reinsurance acquisitions. Prior to joining Swiss Re, he was a consultant with Millliman USA. Mr. Greer received a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Knox College and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

David A. Van Der Beek is a vice president and chief underwriting officer of Wilton Re. He joined the firm from Knights of Columbus Insurance Co. where he was the director of underwriting. Prior joining Knights of Columbus, Mr. Van Der Beek was senior vice president/chief underwriter for Annuity & Life Re. Mr. Van Der Beek holds a BA, Psychology from Lafayette College and is a Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, Fellow Academy Life Underwriting and Fellow Life Management Institute.
