Fitch Affirms Wilton Re’s Ratings; Outlook Stable

Fitch Ratings – New York – 02 July 2025: Fitch Ratings has affirmed Wilton Re Ltd.’s Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) at ‘BBB’. Fitch has also affirmed the Insurer Financial Strength (IFS) ratings of its U.S. and Bermuda operating companies (collectively, Wilton Re) at ‘A-‘. The Rating Outlook is Stable.
